Shipping Policy & Payment Options
A. SHIPPING OPTIONS
We use standard shipping for the countries mentioned below. Delivery is carried out by DHL, UPS or DPD– logistic partners may be used for deliveries to other countries. Shipping costs are listed below.
If you want your purchase to be delivered to any other country, please send us an email to customerservice@mydaotey.com with details about the type and amount of article and the corresponding shipping address (country plus zip code). After having received the relevant information about shipping possibilities and costs from our shipping partner, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know if shipping to the desired country is possible and how much shipping would cost.
Shipping within Germany
Within Germany shipping is free of charge (German mainland plus islands). The estimated delivery time is up to 5 working days upon entry of a complete and correct order.
Shipping to other countries
We ship to following countries:

Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, France, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden.
Shipping costs to the countries mentioned above are 13.00 Euros per order.
Zone 2
Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Portugal, Romania.
Shipping costs to the countries mentioned above are 19.00 Euros per order.
Zone 3
United Kingdom, Liechtenstein, Switzerland.
Shipping costs to the countries mentioned above are 19.00 Euros per order.
Zone 4
Japan, Canada, United States.
Shipping costs to the countries mentioned above are 39.00 Euros per order (only for parcels up to 2kg).
The shipping costs for the return of goods from foreign countries have to be paid by the customer.
When shipping to countries outside of the European Union there may be additional costs that you will have to bear in particular cases. These extra costs might include charges for money transfers of banks (such as transfer fees, exchange rate fee, etc.) or import duties and taxes (e.g. customs fees).

Information about delivery times
In the following list you can find delivery times for shipping to other countries. The indicated days will have to be added to the delivery times mentioned for the article you have chosen.

Delivery time between 3-5 business days from the day of purchase.
Zone 2
Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Portugal, Romania.
Delivery time between 5-7 business days from the day of purchase.
Zone 3
United Kingdom, Liechtenstein, Switzerland.
Delivery time between 5-7 business days from the day of purchase.
Zone 4
Japan, Canada, United States.
Shipping costs to the countries mentioned above are 39.00 Euros per order (only for parcels up to 2kg).
Delivery time between 7-9 business days from the day of purchase.
Information about the exact delivery date
The exact delivery time starts the day of the conclusion of the contract and ends with the last day of our indicated period. If the last day shall be a Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday in the respective country, the following business day will be considered.
Returns
Each item purchased at our E-shop (www.mydaotey.com) can be returned within 14 days without specification of any reason. We will bear the immediate cost of returning the goods within Germany. In case of returns please send us an email to customerservice@mydaotey.com
Outside Germany the cost for the return of goods have to be borne by the customer.
We kindly ask you to return the goods in original condition and with an undamaged original label. Your right of cancellation will not be restricted due to that. In case of deterioration of the goods, we reserve the right to demand compensation. Please also note the revocation instruction.
The processing time for a return is approx. 14 days. The credit voucher will be made via the same means of the original payment you chose.
Transport damages
If you receive items that have obviously been damaged in packaging or contents during transport, please report the damage immediately to the shipping company (irrespective of your warranty rights) and refuse to accept the package. Afterwards please contact us directly at customerservice@mydaotey.com so that we can protect possible rights for the sender.
